WebTV, Ultimate TV, MSTV Contract Art Director/Designer (1997-2001)
Lead design of a tv-based web site building program for a consumer audience. I also worked on designing an instant messaging service for the WebTV service. As well as other projects, too numerous to mention in detail.
Teknema/Ravisent
Teknema, a world leader in alternative Internet access devices, required redesigns for the operating systems of their Internet Telephone System, Internet TV Browser, and other hardware products.
Eastman Kodak
I have worked with Kodak on 2 projects, one a fully deployed TV based photo sharing application, the other project was an application design and prototype for a TV based photo editing tool.
My Casa Network
My Casa Network is a developer of cutting edge home automation applications. I have created interface designs and artwork for their Palm Pilot and Pocket PC interfaces, as well as a dynamic UI for their jsp based home automation application.
Netscape Communications
In the days when Netscape was the hot browser I worked with the company to redesign their first ever, HTML Mail subscription service. I later worked on several marketing campaigns for a variety of Netscape products.
Four Vines
Emerging winemakers Four Vines Intl. required a design for the national rollout of their new wine. I designed a new series of labels and packaging. The designs were very successful and even garnered praise in the trade magazine Wine Spectator. More recently the entire product line was redesigned for the 2001 releases.
America Online, Inc.......
Senior Designer.....
1995 - 1996
As Senior Designer for America Online I led the charge to explore new tools and technologies to provide a rich media experience over a narrow bandwidth. I designed and oversaw many major AOL sites including: GAMES Channel, Sports Channel, Entertainment Channel and Marvel Online. Many design initiatives were taken to make the AOL user experience more coherent and consistent. Several of my designs were awarded AOL User Awards.
MEDIOR, Inc.......
Lead Designer....
1994 - 1995
I joined the team at MEDIOR to work on their line of interactive music CD-ROMs. The first title was "Rock and Roll Your Own" on which I supplied interface art and animations. Due to the success of my contributions to the Macintosh/Windows version of the title I was chosen to be Lead Designer for the 3*D*O version of the product. All new art and interface designs were necessary to recreate the title for this new platform. I continued on with MEDIOR in the role of Lead Designer working on many CD-ROM titles over the next year.

As a freelancer I engaged in a variety of consulting engagements focusing on Kiosk design, CD-ROM design, Digital Video and User Interface Design. Clients included: Levi Straus & Co., Aldus Corp., SuperMac Technologies, Inc., Digital F/X, Peripheral Land Inc., Harcourt Brace Interactive (Archipellago), GTE, Bay Area Video Coalition, and The Nature Conservancy.
